Terms of Return and Refund
Return and Refund Policy is applied at the sight of delivery.
Please carefully check products at sight of delivery. Technical information is listed in detail in the “Commercial Contract” signed between the two parties or “Commercial Invoice”.
- For products that do not meet technical information requirements, Sa Dec Greenary is responsible for replacing new products.
- If a new replacement is not possible, we are responsible for a refund of the 100% value of the product based on the Commercial Invoice.
Customers and staff of Sa Dec Greenary will sign the document “Acceptance of Products”. After that, The Return / Refund Policy will no longer be applied. However, the Return Policy is still applied for up to 3 additional months FULLY FREE if you use the service in our Warranty Policy.
