• FULL FREE replacement of damaged products is guaranteed.
• Ensure sharing of care techniques during and after using warranty service for green plant products that have specific care requirements (eg, how to make plants flower at the right time … )

The Warranty Policy will not be applied in the following cases:

• Value of product orders under 250 million
• You do not use construction services and planting care by staff of Sa Dec Greenery.
